These terms cover calls and text messages from Steadyair Heating & Cooling ("Steadyair", "we", "us").

What we send

If you agree on our request form, we call and text the mobile number you give us with marketing, promotional and informational messages. Messages cover things like scheduling and reminders, visit updates, follow-up on your request, customer care, offers and promotions. Some messages may be sent using automated technology.

Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any text. We will send one message to confirm, and then stop calling and texting you about your request. You can also opt out by emailing support@steadyair.net.

Reply HELP to any text, or email support@steadyair.net.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Our Privacy policy explains how we handle your information. Mobile information, text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
